Seriously, his staff SUCKS!!! They don't know how to communicate! Unprofessional! And RUDE! Sorry but I'm better off going to another doctor! After 8 years we hate to leave, but I guess they have patients that will tolerate their attitude and their ten minute rule when I have to wait a whole hour but I only get ten minutes! Really?!

total A hole. makes jokes about your condition/reason for seeing him. belittles you. good listener but does NOTHING to fix the problem. scared to pull out the prescription pad...it's that why we all go to see doctors?! for prescriptions? literally cried after visit and hopefully after reading this you will spare yourself too

Look, this guy takes time to talk to you in the office, but he's not much of a doctor. I had a urinary issue and he prescribed an old antibiotic that had long fallen out of favor for this treatment. I had to question him about it and then he excused himself, only to come back and give me a prescription for a stronger antibiotic which was the current standard of treatment. His office staff is not helpful and they won't return phone calls. I was told that Dr. Nichols himself will never talk to a patient on the phone. I am sure there might be legal reasons behind that, but no one explains office policy to you on your first visit. The problem is, in El Paso, you don't have a lot of choices.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful, I just love this place. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
