Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
