I went to this doctor for about 20 years. Over that time frame, I had been put in a room at the end of the hall, with just a gown on, and forgotten about while the staff went to lunch. I wrote a complaint to the doctor and shared it with him. He said he would talk to his staff. I gave many, many chances to this doctor. His office staff are incompetent, do not listen, do not pay attention to what the client asks for. And, now, the clincher? Prescriptions-constantly not being received by my pharmacy. This doctor's e-script system doesn't fit well with my pharmacy's sytem (Walgreen's.) Constantly I was calling and fighting with the doctor's office and my pharmacy. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I had just come out of my pharmacy after a long and lengthy battle of not having my prescriptions filled yet again, and was shown visual proof from pharmacy staff that they did not receive the prescription from this doctor's office, and as I was entering my car, my phone finally signaled that a call was coming from this doctor's office. The young lady on the end of the line was from this doctor's office, informing my that they had the prior day sent my prescription requests in. I played her for a minute, and asked, "you did?" "When was this?" "Could you tell me who you spoke with and what time?" I even asked for a confirmation from their office computers that the prescription(s) were sent in. Naturally, I was told that that information wasn't available. I then unloaded on her and told her, "guess where I am right now?" I am standing outside of my pharmacy and they showed me proof that your prescriptions were never sent!" After that I sent the doctor a scathing text outlining everything that I was frustrated about, including this incident. I told him that he was no longer my doctor. Did I get any response? NOTHING. And this was after going to this doctor for 20years. If this doctor wants to stay in business, he should hire QUALIFIED help, and not dime a dozen inexperienced unlicensed, untrained employees. I selected 1 star because that is the lowest rating that would register. I would have given a half a star instead.

I was misdiagnosed by the dr twice, once on a bladder infection, (they called me two wweks latee and said you have a baldder infection, by that time I was doubled over. And second menopause, they gave me something for yeast, then something for bacteria and then something for fungus. They then said there is nothing wrong with you, dont come back.I went to another doctor who asked me two questions, how old are you and when did you have your last period. You need hormones. They then said , you dont need to come baxk here if you dont want to, but dont ever go to that doctor again

i am a patient for it least 10 years, and be very happy with my Doctor.
He explaines all my questions, and takes his time.
A little kind of sence of humor, what i think makes me more relaxs, but is serius if he want you to do something to improve your health.
And gives you a warning what can happen if you don't.
I am going to stay with him, because i trust him.
