It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Dr. Light is wonderful, but I can't give his staff 5 stars....

Everytime Dr. Light requests that I have tests done (even an MRI) I have to call his staff to schedule an appointment with Dr. Light to review the results. Shouldn't you expect his staff to do that upon receipt of the tests? Weeks passed until I called them about my MRI, but the staff seemed bothered by me. One time when I called about my tests I was told to wait while she finished applying her "lip gloss"....really?

Like I said once you get passed them then you'll really like Dr. Light.
