I could not get the physician to call me regarding test results for months. When I call the office I am put on hold, or ignored completely. The Website is not user friendly and the staff is not helpful . It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
