When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
