The wait time to see the doctor is horrible, expect to wait for 2 hours before she see's you for 10 minutes. I never seen her during my prenatal care and she didnt even deliver my baby nor did she discharge me at the hospital. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
