When I come to the doctors office, everyone is always very accommodating for everything I need. The staff are very nice and help me with anything. Getting an appointment is very easy and quick. The doctor herself is very nice and helpful. She listens to everything you say which is very refreshing.

this was my first time in Medical Care for Women and I can't complain from the front desk to the back office was great, all staff super nice very accommodating! thank you

This place is terrible. They deserve less than one star. I called and was put on hold for about 8 minutes and then when the person finally came back to the phone, they told me to get out my insurance information and she put me back on hold and the call was disconnected. After I called back I was holding for another 5 minutes before someone got to me. The receptionist gave me attitude. When I finally went in for my appointment, I waited for about 2 hours to see the doctor and saw her for a total of about 2 minutes. She was very friendly and barely looked at me. Stuck her fingers me once, told me I had a yeast infection, she would give me a prescription and then she left. A few minutes later another woman came in with the prescription and as I was getting ready to leave, she told me that I needed to have an U/S done. After that I left. I called three weeks later to make a follow up appointment to get my results because they cannot give them over the phone. I was put on hold, the call disconnected, I called back and was put on hold several more times before I finally made an appointment. When asked if I should expect a long wait again I was told that you usually do have to wait if the doctor comes in late and gets backed up which is usually the case. The customer service is terrible and they do not respect your time. This doctor is horrible and the way she runs her business is not acceptable. I couldn't even tell you if I actually saw the doctor because that was how brief the visit with her was.

F*ck this place...I just got home from an almost 3 hr wait there, first visit. After almost 2 hours, I meet for the gyn who had a very happy disposition which all lasted 25 SECONDS, put fingers in and swabbed for the pap smear. THAT WAS IT.....no breast exam or questions/ concerns. She says, get dressed and go into the next room for sonogram (of course, I'm thinking I'll see her there and we'll talk more in depth)....rooms were full, was sent to waiting room. After another 30 minutes waiting, I couldn't hold my bladder any longer and they told me to go in for the sonogram. Less than 5 minutes and was told to go back into waiting room for another test so go pee but don't void completely. Ok, what other test lady "a test to see you pee...for your bladder"...wtf, ok..."they are going to watch me pee?" "yes...just wait". Ten minutes later..."follow me please".....leave and go into another office next door that was empty. I ask the new tech...."what are you doing exactly"..."they asked me to check your bladder I guess" "you guess??? Hold on....nobody is explaining anything here...is that a catheter???" "yes...I don't know why they requested the test" "well find out cause I'm not doing that...are you crazy....why is nobody communicating anything"...she left to go confirm with others in the original office and came back "ok, you don't have to do it if you don't want to.".....what type of unprofessional crap did I just experience??? After 3 hours, I left there fuming....I wouldn't be able to identify the doctor because that is how brief I saw her. I don't know when I get my results, if I need to go back.....someone should've come in to explain to me why the heck was I about to have a catheter shoved in my urethra!!!!!! All cooks in this kitchen and not one chef. Find another place that doesn't only have an interest in money....and when you find them, let me know. Doctors need to become human again.
