Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

They explained, but not fully

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Yes, I was starting to get numb

No, it was expensive.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
