We love Dr. Cohen. He has a way of reducing the stress of a pregnancy by 1. being clearly well experienced and 2. his bedside manner. He never rushed our appointments, offered service above what is merely expected, etc.

We used his Little Neck office and loved everyone on staff as well. They were always friendly & helpful

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
