I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. the Dr fail to arrive at my 9 am appointment. I left 1 1/2 hour later and she never caller to let anyone know if she was coming or not.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Ravins a an extremely knowledgeable physician. She is competent, friendly, courteous and professional. Would not change her for anyone else!
