Has been my doctor for the last 10 years or so - the best I have had. Very efficient, caring and professional. She was the surgeon for abdominal hysterectomy. Thanks to her skills I was back to work in record time. Highly recommend.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff was courteous as was the Doctor. She remembered my case without me having to remind her about my last visit and the results.

Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Trackenberg not Dr. Kuperman, Dr. Trackenberg is the other doctor in Dr. Kuperman's practice. After waiting for two and a half hours I finally saw the doctor. She was very brisk and didn’t seem to care at all about my condition, even to the point of impatience when I was explaining my symptoms. When I asked about birth control options (the pill) she point blank refused to give me any information. Instead she told me that I should look up the risks myself online. When I called back about a week later for my test results the receptionists who took my call were extremely rude to me, they refused to answer any of my questions. I ended up having to call the office multiple times just to get my test results. I would not suggest this practice to ANYONE, these people shouldn’t even be running a medical office.
