This is the only gynocology practice I have ever visited, and have been a patient of Dr. Escamilla's for approximately 12 years. She is a kind, soft spoken woman who makes you feel immediately comfortable, and has never rushed my through my visit with her. She always remembers what was going on in my life the last time I saw her, and answers any questions I have thoroughly. However, on the rare occasions I've had to see an NP for last minute issues they were not as helpful, not as knowledgeable and not as nice.

The office is clean and mostly quiet, except for when patients bring misbehaved young children with them (which really is no fault of the office, kids will be kids). The nurses and front desk staff are always at least pleasant, if not warm and welcoming; they have gone out of their way to help with any billing/insurance issues that arose over the years as well.

The only negative in my opinion is that I consistently wait at least a half hour beyond my appointment time to be seen. The practice has recently switched hospital affiliations and unfortunately I've even seen a decline in the promptness since then. The two appointments I've had at the new office I waited more than an hour to be seen. It is frustrating to make an appointment and know for sure the time will not be kept. However, I trust this doctor and for me the many "pros" outweigh this "con".

I waited for over 2 hours each visit, was rushed during the visit and they didn't return my calls for days. Go to another doctor.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
