Every time I try to make an appointment they make an excuse, I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes once. I called back a different day and the lady who answer was rushing me and yelling, I understand they have a lot of things to do but that doesnt give them the right to yell at me. Horrible service and I didn't even make it to office.

Other than a bit of a waiting time past scheduled appointment times I am very satisfied with Dr. Abdullah. The reason you may wait a little longer is actually because when you do see her, she takes the time to talk to you and answer all your questions. She never tries to rush you to get to her next patient. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and generally kind and patient.
