Worst experience ever. The Dr is great but the staff is a disgrace. They are unprofessional. I have called them multiple times they never call back. They forget what you call about. If you believe in professionalism don't go to this office. Not worth your stress or time. Speaking of time they are never on time, your guaranteed 1hr plus wait. I work at a healthcare office too and I understand the guidelines of customer service which they do not stand for. The first day I was supposed to be seen I called multiple times for them to check my eligibility before I made the drive down there, got there and they still didn't do it, waited 20mins just for that. They have a $15 policy for any letters they do for you. They cut it down to $10 for me just for a pregnancy verification form, come to find out by the state that they are not supposed to charge anyone especially when they said it had to be cash only when they had a credit card machine. Didn't sound right to me. I had to write this review for someone to finally contact me back. That too they told me to take the review down and even the Dr got on the phone and said she is suing one person for defaming her name on here and asked if I wanted to be sued too and I told her on this review I didn't defame her I only talked about her staff. Since she can see this she can see most of her negative reviews have to do with staffing and their customer service. I told them today I was changing doctors and took this review down for them but after consulting I realized I have an opinion too and that's what reviews are for. Maybe this will be a lesson for them to get themselves and the office together maybe get more staff to lessen the load if they are so overwhelmed or have all the staff trained well. It took me 11days to get a response on the work I needed done. I had to persistently call over and over, be put on hold and hung up on many times. Even my Dentist spoke to the front desk and told them to specifically have this Dr call them back to discuss my issues, the dentist nor I got a return call until today when this review was posted earlier. It's sad to see a good doctor have bad reviews mostly because of her staff but the front desk is the face of the practice and reflects the doctor too.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Everyone in this practice are nice I love Dr. Mahlati she is so nice and caring.
She explains everything to the point. He office is convinient close to shopping, metro and everything.

The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
