I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

No, not at all
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
