I went to him because I had scar tissue that developed in the vaginal area and he said to have a few strong drinks before I had sex with my husband to stretch the area out. He is a horrible doctor and wasn’t helpful at all .

Dr. Teitelbaum is honestly the worst OBGYN that I have ever been to. I am currently a young mother of 19 and he a preformed pap on me on Aug 21st 2015. Not only are you NOT aloud to give pap smears to women under the age of 21 but when the results came back abnormal he refused to notify me. (But he wrote and signed in my paperwork that I was notified that week which is complete lie) I even had 2 follow ups with him after the 21st of August and he STILL never told me. Now that I have have switched to a wonderful midwife and find out all of this information I have to go get other test done because he left my abnormal cells alone and the HPV that showed up on my test could lead into cancerous cells. Bottom line: Dr. Teitelbaum will make you feel like an out cast at your own appointment, he WONT answer any questions you have about yourself or your child and obviously won't tell a young mother that she has HPV that could lead into cancer. So if you're looking for a good doctor you're not going to find one here.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Teitelbaum delivered my second child recently.
I am not from Florida but was visiting family and went into labor so unexpectedly. Dr. was on call at the emergency in Sanford and took care of me. I was hysterically crying as you can imagine--especially bc he knew nothing of me or my history or baby. Quickly he and the hospital staff had me calm and I delivered successful. Baby was a cesarean delivery and went without a hitch. I didn't spend much time with the doc but his bedside manners and professionalism was great and calm exactly what i needed.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. I was pregnant with second child and needed ob and went to two appts and by the second one I was finding another Dr. I waited over and hour and half to see him and when I was finally brought back to exam room they were still dirty from previous patient. The paper on the table was never changed and obviously not sanitized. He never checked urine in office and I ended up with kidney infection in hospital. His bathroom never had soap or paper towels and the last time I was there the restroom toilet was backed up and urine on floor but they wouldn't allow me to use employee restroom and even scolded me b/c I used it anyway. Then went on the say he treats aids patients in his office as if that were to excuse his offices blatent disregard for cleanliness. He never faxed my records to new dr after numerous attempts to have him do so. I really cannot believe how disgusting and unprofessional this doctor's office is!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
