They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
