I called Jessica N. Bowers gynecology many times because my wife had pain and with findings on ultrasound. My wife visited the office before so she was not a new patient.

The operator would transfer me to the nurses voice mail every time I called. It seems that they do not have a staff there to arrange appointments!

In the last voice mail I was begging the nurse for an appointment.

I begged the operator for help but despite explaining the situation she would again transfer me to the voice mail. Every time I called the operator she told me that that doctor Bowers is out of the office and transferred me to the nurse's voice mail. Like she wanted me to give up.

Another call to the operator and this time I begged for help even more so we got the nurse on the call. She kept repeating thought the conversation that doctor Bowers is out of the office. We got it already! No need to keep repeating it every other sentence!

The nurse also told me that they are booked out. Really? How can they serve their sick patients if they book themselves 100% with no room for sick to come in?

When I made comments that they should have a backup for doctor Bowers being out of town the nurse told me to take my wife to ER. Really?I said that my wife can wait a day or two. Then the nurse told me that she did not know that. Why did not she ask about the condition of my wife then?

She was looking for a new appointment stating few times: "She is a new patient". I also made comments about this as she was not a new patient.

She also told my wife (we both where on the speaker phone): "Tell your husband to check his voice mails". Really? It was her who did not check the voice mails and gave up on us. I told the nurse this and she responded that we live in the county where we do not treat women like this.

At this point I was really upset because on top of all this she would not let me finish a sentence. She kept interrupting me.

I asked to speak with a manager and the nurse after a short on hold time told me that the manager will call me as soon as we hangup. The manager never called.

Needles to say but the nurse was arrogant during the entire call.

Well doctor Jessica N. Bowers, we live in the country where some people treat street dogs better you treat your clients that paid for your off time!

I called St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles and got my wife in the same week as a new patient. That time and since that time I spoke with several of their staff and they were professional, polite and used the world 'sir' very often during our conversation. They must come from a different planet.
