Tried multiple times to schedule appointment. Contacted referral center to see if doctor was still practicing. They offered to email or contact office to get a call back! Stephanie Whitworth was incredibly rude when telling me that she calls everyone back and I must have missed her calls! I have no missed calls and no voice mails from this office! Stephanie was condescending and seemed annoyed that she was having to talk to a new prospective patient! Insurance seems like all they are concerned with not the patient. I received their new patient packet to fill out and return. I was advised it would take at least a week once they received the information to return my call to schedule appointment. In their packet they advise the new patient “doctors like to deliver babies during normal business hours, they like to deliver their own patients babies, but if they aren’t the one on call you get who you get!” Also don’t call them after hours because the in call doesn’t have access to your files so they can’t help you! Based simply off this one encounter with “Women Treating Women” we found a new doctor/office. The call to them was answered within one minute and appointment booked within 2 minutes, without a snotty condescending attitude! Best of luck to anyone that decides to have this group in charge of your life changing miracle!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
