They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. kerns was a horrible doctor rude didn't take his time and just a real JERKI.. he made a crucial mistake on his notes for me and REFUSED to mae it right and give me another copy. So now when my legal team get this notes they are wrong... He's just bad sace yourself the time!
