I usually have to wait for a while after I arrive for my appointments. If necessary, they are good about following up with me after my appointments. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone and I have been able to call to get a prescription when needed, without having to make a new appointment. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am appreciative that my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and Dr. Harris's nurse is really good about returning my calls.
