The waiting time is way too long. They always schedule a follow up appointment to just give you your results. I think they just want to bill and collect more money from insurance companies. If they truly cared about the patients time, health and pocket book they could instead give you a courtesy call to let you know that everything is okay or that you should come in for a follow up visit. This would reduce the time waiting for patients and would improve their customer service.

The Dr is very good but the secretary service to schedule appointments, cancel appointment, asking for information is really bad I always have problems with them. They forget to cancel appointments or they dont have enough people or if you need information they forget to call you.
