Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I see the physicians assistant and she is also wonderful, very thorough and professional.
