My main complaint regarding Dr. Vigil is the very long time she can keeping you waiting either in the waiting room or in the exam room. Up to an hour or more. And how often her staff calls to cancel or reschedule appts at the last moment. I have even been in an exam room waiting for her to come in when informed that she was not able to make it into the office that morning! If you can weather this inconsiderateness, I feel she is a very good OBGYN otherwise. I trust her with my health, but be prepared to be stood up, bumped, and kept waiting.
