All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF IVE EvER ENCOUNTERED BUT DR.LUH IS A GREAT DR.The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
