The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful. Never got an appt, my referral was sent over to exam me for possible ovarian cancer and I was refused even an appointment due to the fact that I have no insurance, I was told on the phone to go to a clinic. Or come back in 6mths , if indeed I have ovarian cancer I will be dead by then. Is this the type of doctor you want to see? I sure don't.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
