Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They cancelled and rescheduled or move my appointment time several times! 3 out of the 4 recent appointments have not been at the original scheduled time.
