They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
