Dr. Thomas Lee was moderately helpful, but me speaking only English made my visits short, and left me with a lot of unanswered questions because of a communication barrier. The wait was long, even for 8 am appointments, and the people working up front billed my insurance incorrectly which lead to much confusion on my end and on the end of my insurance as well. When calling in regards to this unknown mistake the representative for this office would not give me information about the incurred bill and failed to mention or apologize for the mistake on their end to begin with. Much more can be said about my horrendous experience with this office, but these among other reasons is why I will be seeing a new OBGYN and strongly recommend others do the same. In a pinch Dr. Lee alleviated pain from my issues, but 6 months down the road no pain, just this headache and unfortunately easily avoidable experience. You will HAVE to be in contact with your insurance to assure accuracy throughout visits.

Dr. Lee was wonderful. The staff is very nice and professional, too. I like that I was able to get blood work done there in the office in Chino. The only problem is you need to expect a wait and the waiting room is small...don't bring extra people if you don't have to! :)

I have gone to Thomas T. Lee for about 15 years as a woman over 45 years old. He is very kind and thoughtful. I have seen him for a ruptured ovarian cyst, 2 D&C's, etc. He showed kindness to me before surgery to make sure I was ok with the surgery and not afraid. The running of his office is another problem. There are too many patients at the same time. Some of the patients bring 1-3 other people with them. The receptionist should not handle any phones: she is too busy with patients. I have had 2 great RNP there: Monica and Sherry Hinshaw.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No; the equipment needs to be updated

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it
