I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. dont be late they wont see you,evev though the office is empty...
