They definitely pressured me to change medications without fully reviewing medical records or running tests. I felt like they were rushing my visit even after the fact I obliged to come an hour earlier than my original appointment. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My whole experience at this office was below average.
The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
