Dr. K was willing to listen to what I learnd from research and we changed my treatment plan which resulted in a big decrease in the number and intensity of migraines I experience. They always ask about other things going on in my life as it relates to migraines so they make sure I'm doing the right things to limit my migraines (lifestyle changes). She and her staff are friendly and I enjoy going to my appointments.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Just had my records transferred. Always late, never have I had an on time appointment since the Holy Spirit/Geisinger merger. In addition, I have left 4 messages to set up an appointment with NO response. My prescription has run out, I cant get an appt. and now I have Migraines again!!! So sad......

I selected one star only because I had too.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. After a while into my appointment I just gave up on asking questions. For some reason nobody would give me the answers I was looking for, I guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else. The friendliest people were the secretaries. I am away at college and she kept forgetting to refill my prescriptions which is fine because she has many patients. I would give her two weeks notice and the day before I ran out I would get a call stating that they sent it to my Rite Aid. But the next day I would call to check, and it was never called in. They close every Friday which is never convenient, they never respond to messages even if they are urgent. I scheduled an appointment months in advance and days before it, I received a letter in the mail stating that they decided that they would not be in the office that day so I would have to call and reschedule. I was leaving for school soon, so I called right away and got a busy tone for a half hour straight. I then decided to switch Neurologists.

the NP here is an absolute disgrace - she made me feel like it was my fault i'm sick and not getting better despite my 100% compliance to their prescription. I see the PA here now, who actually has manners in person, but i have to leave literally 4-5 messages before i get a call back. the answering service is on all the time, it's rare i actually get through on the phone to someone who works there.

They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
