I couldn't even get an appointment. I called them three times over a two period was given a different reason each time why they couldn't schedule me an appointment right then. Once I was told they would call me back but they never did. Another time I was told they weren't open yet even though it was 11am on a weekday an a actually person answered yet that person couldn't take 2min to schedule my appointment.

Dr. Kolanu paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His staff is very friendly. I have been very satisfied with my visits. Dr. Kolanu is helpful and I leave feeling encouraged. He has mitigated a problem that I have had for years. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
He conducted a IME of me and his report was fraudulent in most every system as he reported findings that he did not clinically test for. His report caused my disability to be dropped. I had an FCE conducted which proved him wrong and I wrote to my disability company with argue,ends on his deceptive report of my condition. The company didn't even wait their full time to evaluate my appeal before reinstating me and finding this doctor to be deceptive.
