I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

Dr. Boutwell and her staff have always treated me very well. My questions are answered thoroughly and I feel she knows who I am and what my priorities are. Dr. Boutwell gives me encouragement to make lifestyle changes (diet, exercise) without belittling me or making me feel guilty. I am very pleased with her expert care.
