To start off I almost don't even know where to begin. I went to his office this morning early for the first time to see him for an ongoing seizure problem. i'm disabled due to epilepsy from a head injury. well i get to his office to hand his receptionist my medical records from my old neurologist from where i had moved from and it also had my medical records and case finding from my disability lawyer they looked at it and told me whats this we no help you get disability and made a scene of it made me feel like a fool i had to explain to the lady that spoke broken English ten times in front of everyone there that i was already on disability that i dont need anyone to prove whether i need it or not like she was saying.
I did not show my anger right then but just walked out since i was early for my apointment. showed up for apointment waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby seen the doctor on phone the told me the specialize in epilepsy but i get here and he tells me it is not really his kind of thing. then he asks me questions like where you abused as a child. this doctor is a croc never goin back. BTW say lawyer even if youre not threatening him with one he gets scared so does everyone else there.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
