Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

It was nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff. I've had to wait over an hour on two visits. I guess they were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. All of my questions were answered. Trying to refill one of my prescriptions took nine days once. The pharmacy contacted your office twice and I called the office, as well. Not sure what caused the delay, but it made me very cranky. I like Dr Pollack very much, so will definitely be back!!!

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Pollack actually listens to what I have to say, despite being busy, which has been a problem for me with other doctors. He does not try to jump to conclusions before I have finished talking. Then he discusses treatments with me, allowing me to be part of my treatment team, as it should be. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He is a good doctor but I always have to wait at least 1 1/2 hours before I see him. His staff never return phone calls and I'm sitting here waiting again because they did not follow up on the results of a STAT MRI that was done back in October to be delivered from the imaging place. I even called 3 times to try to get the results and no return call. I've stayed for 3+ years because he is a very good doctor but this may be the last straw and I may have to start looking for another doctor.
