The only thing I don't particularly care for is the WAIT once you get to the exam room, but I suppose that is the same at any doctor's office.

I've always been treated well there and have referred coworkers to Dr. Pollack. I had a unique situation last year with a job that took me to Antarctica for six months. Before I left, I realized I was going to run out of medication while I was down there; however, I didn't have any refills left and was going to change insurance in less than a week. I called the office and spoke with one of his staff and, after explaining my situation and that I was truly going to Antarctica, was told that they would call it in later that day. They were true to their word, and my meds arrived in the first care package my parents sent.
