Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I don't have anything against the Doctor, but the staff is very unprofessional and rude. they make you feel like you owe them something. told them to remind the doctor about getting my results from another doctor, and they told me that i have to remind the doctor myself. (i did once, but he forgot) should not the staff do that?

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My insurance covered the visit, so I wasn't looking for coupons or discounts. He really knows what he is doing, that's the most important thing.

hello, i recently attempted to visit doctor Moosa Heikali in Encino. They called me which was nice to make an appointment off a referral. I called THAT day to confirm the time and it was confirmed again. I arrived that day 15 min early with the understanding I would have to wait. However, The lobby was already full. The patient sign in sheet was available and I signed in as usual and couldn't help notice that the person in front of me was scheduled for a half an hour LATER than me. I sat and sat. Then the person with an appointment AFTER mine was seen before me? I was already waiting almost 45 min. I asked the girl up front and she said the doctor made a mistake? isn't she the one who sets up his schedule? and she offered no apology. I continued to wait till it came to ober an hour. Keep in mind there are 10 chairs and almost 20 people in the lobby waiting. I finally told her I was going to leave after an hour of waiting and she never apologized and barely spoke and watched me walk out the door.

He might be an amazing doctor but I couldn't tell you. What I can tell you is that I am not going to pay my co-pay to get treated like a "patient file" - especially on my first visit there. No welcome smile or hello when I walked in and the office seemed to run poorly. I hope it gets better before more patients leave.
