Very dissapointed, wasted 6 important months, he has no bedside manners, thinks hes king of the world since he is the director of the UC irvine Neuro-muscular dept., does not listen to anything you say, takes no input from you, does not give you results from tests to take home, has very bad communication. Getting appointments and follow-ups is like pulling teeth, staff is as bad as him, very negative and despondent, they are always full on their schedule but everytime I go there the waiting room is empty. Something is fishy about this place. If this is representative of UC irvine I would avoid this place, even if I was in an ambulance and they told me UC irvine is closer I would say go to another hospital.
Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
