Dr Thai was personable, caring and thorough with both myself and my husband.

I'm being treated for a different issue than my husband and she gave each of us a careful exam, suggestions to help with each issue as well as a necessary to diagnose properly type of scan order and not superfluous extra tests.

We recommend highly. Her staff assistant, Dani, is also wonderful and helpful.

Thief! Spent a few minutes with my wife which was no help then charged the insurance company $484.00. We ended up paying $156.00 for what? I guess to keep this doctor in her comfy lifestyle!

The office staff was good and I was seen by the doctor in no time. The doctor though, started off by referring me to another doctor even before she understood what my problem is. This is the same experience I had with 2 more doctors in UCI medical center in Irvine. They only seem to be interested in taking tests with no hypothesis as to what they were testing for, and to keep referring to people within the building, without what felt like much thought.Coming back to Dr. Thai, as soon as I went there even before she asked me about why I was there, she rudely said -"You dont seem to want to accept the diagnosis...". Since I had not got any diagnosis on the matter from any of the doctors I visited in UCI, I asked what the diagnosis was. To that she fumbled and said - "body pain..."! She repeated it and tried to justify why that was correct. I am sure after an MRI, all kinds of blood tests, ophthalmology tests (all which came back normal) and suffering from dizziness and body pain and losing peripheral vision for a few minutes. The diagnosis is - "body pain" and she is referring me to a ophtha-neurologist for it!Problem is that all doctors in this building are so specialized they are unable to look at the complete picture. Or just do not want to look at the complete picture. So here I am 3 months after my first episode of losing peripheral vision and suffering dizziness and body pain and spending $3000, with no diagnosis or treatment.I highly urge people to keep away from UCI and especially Dr. Gaby Thai

I would give zero stars if I could- I made an appointment with her twice, both of which I was unable to see her after driving forty miles to hear that she had gone to her other location without having her receptionist inform me. Even though I explained that I had taken two days off work to come and see her, her receptionist stated that she explained the situation to her and that she was too busy to see me... even though the situation was caused by someone within her own team. I will not be returning to her since I felt so disrespected and wasted so much time to wait for an appointment (about 40 days each time) and to drive the distance.. when I did not even get to see her.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
