The staff is friendly, the doctor is very nice as well. However, he is a medicine guy, not too sure what to do with people who do not take medicine and or have had bad experiences with it. He seemed as though he was annoyed by somethings that I told him, but having been to the BEST docs at Jeff and Penn, his roll of the eyes meant nothing, i just wanted to try something closer to home. I thought he had a bit of an arrogant attitude, assuming that the patient doesn't know their own body-I spoke to four women in the waiting room (I know, imagine that conversation), and two felt as though their PT was helping them and wanted to talk to the doc about the meds- a shame that doctors only know medicine and don't take the time to research holistic approaches or alternatives to medicine.....especially for migraines

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE BAD DRUGS JACKAL PRESCRIBED AND THEY HARASSED ME TO PAY MY BILL FOR THAT "SERVICE" WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL! I WAS LEFT WITH OVER 50,000.00 WORTH OF MEDICAL BILLS CAUSE OF THIS SO CALLED DR! UGH - SUE? HAHA YEA LIKE I HAVE MONEY FOR THAT BUT I GUESS YOU ALREADY KNEW THAT JACKAL - YEA YOU HAVE THE RIGHT NAME!!
