Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
He spends very little time examining and explaining, always on the computer.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
