They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I will absolutely return. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They keep up to date with the latest treatment and technology. They made a scary time in my life much easier.

Dr Smith made me feel that I had the best care. He even followed up with the team at University of Maryland about the best treatment for my situation and informed me of the most recent results of studies so that we knew we took the right path of treatment. I frequently heard him answer calls to many of the top notch Cancer Treatment facilities. This in addition to calls to UMD made me feel that he had the connections needed to give the best care.
His nurses made you feel like you were family and answered the phone every time I called with questions.
I can't say enough as to the care that I received over the 13 months that I was undergoing treatment. He is also going to follow me during my remission with hopes that in 5 years I will hear him say "your cured"!

Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
