The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
