They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards.

I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.\The office was easy enough to find.

Ive been going to Dr Greenfield for years for my sinuses. He is great! The wait time is minimal, a few minutes at most. He listens to everything and is very helpful.

I go to see Dr Greenfield probably 6 to 8 times a year for a few years now. He has a few different offices and has late hours, so the hardest part is just tracking down which office I need to go to. They always manage to squeeze me in whether its the same day, or if its not urgent within a few days. The wait is never long, maybe 15 minutes. He is very good, listens to any updates i need to tell him, very understanding, and is very pleasant to talk to. I always walk out of his office smiling. I would definately reccomend him to anyone needing an ENT.
