Knew it was a bad sign that I got an apt for just two days from call. Office staff ehh. Dr. was miserable man. So unfriendly. No information. After brief check, tells me to wait. Asst comes in tells me to then wait in waiting room. "working on paperwork" What? Twently minutes later comes back and see me there and says oh wait let me check on paperowkr. I said for what. She said for hearing test that will take an hour. Why didn't doctor tell me her ordered hearing test? I didn't have time for that. She says you can go then. WTF? I finally asked to see him. Didn't explain anything. He said hearing test could find out why I had crusty was and slight irritation. I had top push for answer. Why wouldn't he tell me he though I should have test when he first examined me. n And a patient says I cant stay for test and he just gives up on the patient? No trying to convince patient its needed? Man is awful, do not waste your time or your money here. Was about to refuse co-pay but I gave in.

This is not the office to come to for help beyond the basic.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. They diagnosed my condition quickly but the doctor didn't answer my questions nor explain the procedure or side effects. Not satisfied at all.

Dr. Green field made sure every single question I had was answered to my complete understanding. I left he office feeling confident that he had a complete understanding of what was causing my symptoms and ordered the appropriate testing to confirm a diagnosis and prescribe a course of treatment. His staff is efficient, helpful and always pleasant. Even as a new patient I was made to feel as though I had been going there for years. I was treated like an old friend. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. My family and I have seen other ENT's in the past, but Dr. Greenfield and his staff were by far the best I've ever seen.
