Absolutely Horrific ENT.. should be reported.. i had major sinus infection which necessitated an antibiotic . AFTER waiting over 2 hrs. This clown took a sinus x-ray and told me NOTHING was wrong despite fever, sinus pain, swollen nasal passages and post nasal drip( yellow/green pus)well having a history of infections and poor drainage he sent me out with"use a lot of saline spray" ... the upper respiratory turned into lower and I ended up with not only sinus blickage but Pneumonia ......Dont count on him to diagnose you properly... overbooked / overtired and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT .....unforgiveable to say the least!

I went there once and will NEVER be back again!
I got there early for my appointment time and still waited 1:45 minutes for my appoointment. I should have walked out. There were no emergencies. And certianly no apologies. The dr was cold and alloof,
I was told by others in waiting room that there is always a very long wait. I was even told be someone working in the office that that wait was typical. They never got back to me with blood work results. I had to call them 2x. I was finally told the doctor would call me but someone else (non-doctor who knew very little) did. Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

After having several ear surgeries for Ear Choleostomas, (with a different doctor) I decided to find a different doctor and I found Dr. London. :-)
I saw him in the Babylon, NY office, and h was VERY gentle, thorough, patient, and empathetic with my case.
I was then brought in for a hearing exam, in which there was NO wait time.
And then I had a private consult in his personal office after my visit.
I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor and I hope this review helps people in choosing an AWESOME ENT.

Oh, and the staff was great too!
