I found a parking spot right in front of the office door. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. I was completely at ease from the moment I met Dr. Cross and his nurse, Dana. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time and Dr. Cross explained in detail all the details about my condition and treatment. They've never used foul language.
