Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

EXCELLENT care and GREAT chair-side manner! I have been under Dr. Cross' care for more than 8 years and would really feel uncomfortable having anyone else perform this procedure.
